In my "Protemon Study" visual project, I highlight the use of mass spectrometry to identify human molecules that can lead to cancer vaccines. I created unique creatures called "Protemon" based on these molecules, using the shapes modeled with their electron density structures with a sci-fi flare.
The project combines science and art in imaginative and playful ways, and I presented it at a major scientific conference. I used augmented reality technology to create an interactive experience, and 3D printed the characters as gifts for attendees. It was met with great enthusiasm and appreciation.
